摘要
本文测定了有机非线性光学材料L -苹果酸脲 (UreaL -MalicAcid)晶体在温度区间为 2 1 5~ 4 6℃ ,溶剂分别为纯水、甲醇 ,乙醇中的溶解度和过饱和度 ,确定生长亚稳区范围 ,比较了相对过饱和度。讨论了晶体生长缺陷和溶液的稳定性。初步测试表明其具有明显的 2次倍频效应。
With the temperature range 21.5~46℃,the solubilities of a organic nonlinear optical material,urea L-malic acid crystal,was determined in water,methanol and ethanol.The supersaturation curve and metastable region of urea L-malic acid were given,and the relative supersaturations of different solubilities were compared.The growth defects in the crystals and solution stability were also discussed.Preparatory measurements indicates that this new crystalline material possesses an effective second-order nonlinear optical property.
