硫氰酸盐光度法是基于在酸性介质中，在还原剂存在的情况下，五价钼与硫氰酸盐生成橙红色络合物。
Thiocyanate photometry is based on that, in acidic medium, at the presence of reducer, pentavalent molybdenum and thiocyanate can form orange red coplex compound.
