摘要
利用工科优势培养复合型法学人才是西南交通大学新型法学人才培养模式,它与传统模式的区别在于,构建以自然科学和工程基础为前提的知识框架,体现文理渗透。这不仅是理论上的一个探索,更是西南交通大学在法学教育改革中的一个尝试。
It is a new educational model of Southwest Jiaotong University to make full use of the advantage of the engineering sciences to cultivate law-major students with multiple disciplines. The difference between the traditional model and the new one relies on that the later involves a knowledge frame based on natural sciences and engineering, which illustrates the combination of natural sciences with social ones. The new model is not only a theoretical exploration but also an experiment being carried out by Southwest Jiaotong University in the educational reform of law.
