摘要
加入WTO两年来,中国法学教育面临着严峻的形势,不仅现行高等法学教育与我国加入WTO对教育服务所作出的承诺不协调,而且现有教育法律制度与WTO规则、规范要求存在明显冲突。我们的法学教育管理部门和教育工作者应认清形势,做好充分思想准备应对WTO挑战,要更新思想,树立全球性法学教育观念,深化改革,建立现代法学教育新体制。
China law education has confronted severe situation since China entered the WTO two years ago. Not only is current higher law education discordant to the promise China made to improving education service when entering the WTO, but also current system of education law distinctly conflicts with the rules and regulations of the WTO. Our administration of law education and educators should therefore clearly realize the situation, get well prepared to the challenge from the WTO, renew their thought, set up a new idea of global law education, deepen reform, and establish a new system of modern law education.
