摘要
基于信息技术的不断发展变化 ,旧的管理方式已不适应图书馆的发展。为此 ,该文从转变观念、注重培训、健全制度、动态分析、统一分配、引入激励机制、开发特色产品、树立产品意识。
Based on the new change of information technology,the old management patterns don't meet the growth of the library.So the paper explores from nine aspects the library management of the college change ideas; pay attention to training; complete regulations; analyse conditions; unify distribution; introduce stimulus mechanism;develop unique products; establish industrial conciousness; recommend stock regulations.
