摘要
随着知识经济的兴起和信息技术的发展,"知识管理"作为一种全新的管理理念和方法,已经渗入高校图书馆工作中。本文阐述了知识管理与图书馆知识管理的涵义,说明了图书馆实施知识管理的重要性,并提出了高校图书馆实施知识管理的一些新举措。
Along with knowledge economy＇s starting with information technology＇s development,＂the knowledge management＂ takes one kind of brand-new management idea and the method,already permeated in the university library work.This article elaborated the knowledge management and the library knowledge management＇s implication,showed the library implementation knowledge management＇s importance,and proposed university library implementation knowledge management some new actions.
