摘要
四川美术学院一学生状告母校 ,由此引发对高校如何依法规范管理学校 ,如何维护学生合法权益 ,新时期如何运用法律调整学校与学生的关系及高校法律地位问题的思考和探讨。
A student of Sichuan Fine Art Institute lodged an accusation against his mother college, which caused the ponderation and approach to the subject of how to administer colleges and universities in accordance with the law,how to safeguard the students' legitimate rights and interests ,and how to apply the law to the relationship between the school authorities and the students ,and the lawful status in colleges and universities.
