摘要 目的:检测并探讨分析黑色素瘤抗原基因(MAGE)在胃癌中的表达及其分布特点。方法:采用RT-PCR技术检测70 例胃癌组织及相应的癌旁正常组织中MAGE表达。结果:70例胃癌组织中MAGE-1、MAGE-3的阳性率分别为28.6%、35.7%,癌旁正常组织均不表达。基因表达与患者的年龄、性别、Hp感染、肿瘤组织学分型无关(P>0.05)。结论:MAGE基因在胃癌组织中特异性表达,可以此作为靶抗原进行肿瘤免疫治疗。 Objective: To investigate the expression and distribution of melanoma antigen gene (MAGE> in human gastric ramnoma. Methods: The expressions of MAGE in gastric tumors and corresponding normal tissue specimens were studied using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results: The positive rates of MAGE 1 and MAGE 3 were 28. 6 and 35. 7% in 70 gastric carcinoma samples respectively, but zero in normal tissues. No statistical correlation of MAGE expression existed with factors as agc.sex. Helicobacter pylori infection.or tumor histological origins (P>0. 05). Conclusion: MAGE genes were expressed in gastric carcinoma specifically; the antigen cncoded by the genes may become the targets of tumor specific immunotherapy.
