摘要
目的探索传统肝硬化大白鼠模型制备方法改良的可能性及可行性。方法取168只Wister大白鼠,对56只大白鼠使用传统模型制备方法建立肝硬化模型,另56只大白鼠使用复合病因法建立肝硬化模型,另56只大白鼠使用改良模型制备方法建立肝硬化模型。结果传统的方法进行肝硬化门脉高压模型的制造需要60天,大鼠死亡率为53.60%;复合因素制备方法需要42天,大鼠死亡率为41.00%;改良方法制备需要66天,大鼠死亡率为23.20%。结论肝硬化模型的改良方法具有降低大白鼠死亡率、节约经费等特点。
OBJECTEVE discuss the possibility and feasibility of the improvement on the traditional way of building the model liver cirrhosis. METHODS Select 168 wister rats. Use 56 rats to build the model liver cirrhosis in the traditional way,56 rats in the complexed pathogenesis way buiding the model liver icrrhosis and 56 rats use the improvement model preparetion method building liver cirrhosis.RESULITS Building the model live cirrhosis on the traditional way need 60 d,death rate of the rats was 53.60%,the way of the complexed pathogenesis way need 42 d,death rate was 41.00%;the way of the improvement need 66 d,death rate was 23.30%.CONCLUSTION The improvement method of liver eirrhosis model can save money and low the big white rats death rate.
