摘要
体育人才作为体育事业发展的人力资源,是体育事业构成的核心要素。未来社会对人才 培养提出了更高的要求,浙江省体育人才的培养将面临新的挑战。通过对浙江省11所高校体育 院(系)的专业设置、招生情况、毕业去向的调查及社会对体育人才的需求研究,考察浙江省体育 人才的培养及需求之间的关系,主要体现在浙江省体育院(系)所培养的学生就业市场面狭窄, 导致一部分学生的一次就业率较低,而社会上许多部门却缺乏体育专门人才。提出构建新世纪 浙江省高校体育院系体育人才培养的方式、理念及战略选择:校内资源整合型、校际资源整合 型、学校自身发展型。
As the human resource of sports business development,sports talent is the core factor of sports business. The future society put forwards higher requirement for talent cultivation. The cultivation of sports talent in Zhejiang province faces new challenge. Through survey on major setting, enrollment condition and graduation place from 11 universities in Zhejiang province, this paper investigates the problem of demand & supplement of sports talent in Zhejiang province. The result shows that the employment market for college students in Zhejiang province is too small,and leads to low rate of employment for some students who find job at first time. However,some departments in society lack sports specific talent. Based on it, the author put forwards the construction of cultivation model, concept and strategic choice on sports talents in university in Zhejiang province.
