摘要
本文提出一个换热网络与公用工程联合系统优化综合的新方法──夹点优化技术,即首先通过夹点分析建立热力学合理的超结构型流程,再选择夹点最小传热温差等决策变量,通过建立并求解相应的混合整数非线性规划简化数学模型,得到联合系统综合的宏观设计目标.并以其指导实际系统的综合。该方法兼有热力学分析方法物理概念清楚和数学规划方法定量优化的优点,对于指导系统合理用能,有效用能,提高能量利用率具有重要价值。
The pinch optimization technology for improving energy integration between heat exchange network and utility system is proposed in this paper.First,based on pinch analysis,a super-structure energy system is set up.Then the MINLP model is established and solved to get the design targets for the practical system synthesis. The results of examples demonstrate that the pinch optimization technology which contains both thermodynamic analysis and quantitative optimization is efficient for improving energy systems integration.
