摘要
试验结果证明,在接受了适宜(γ射线)照射剂量的水稻群体内,结实率高的植株突变发生机会较多;株内结实率不同的穗间,即主穗与分蘖穗间有同样机会出现突变性状.据此认为,在M1留种时应在结实较好的株穴上采种,并应同时在主穗和分蘖上采种.
The experimental results showed that,in the rice population treated by appropriate radiation dosage of γ ray, mutants occured more among the progenies of the plants with high seed-setting rate than those with low seed-setting rate, panicles with different seed-setting rate from, tillere and from first stalk had the same chance to produce mutants. There fore it is necessary to collect seeds from M1 Population at the Clumps with high seed-setting rate and to collect than at main Panicles and tiller panicles at the same time.
