摘要
为了探讨^(60)Co-γ不同剂量辐射对云南优质籼稻品种主要农艺性状的影响,为水稻辐射诱变育种提供依据。以云南特优香软米品种‘滇屯502’为供试材料,采用100、200、300、380 Gy 4个等级的^(60)Co-γ辐射剂量对成熟干种子进行辐射处理,研究^(60)Co-γ辐射对该品种主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:^(60)Co-γ不同剂量辐射后,‘滇屯502’M1群体的株高、分蘖数、粒长、粒宽、穗长、千粒重和结实率表现差异极显著;相关性分析表明,300 Gy^(60)Co-γ辐射剂量与粒长(R=-0.323**)、结实率(R=-0.309**)呈极显著负相关。变异系数比较分析表明:当辐射剂量为300 Gy时,水稻M1群体的株高、分蘖、粒长、粒宽4个性状的变异系数较大,分别为21.05%、38.34%、3.15%、3.62%。由此可见,^(60)Co-γ辐射对水稻的诱变效果明显,且当辐射剂量为300 Gy时,对供试材料‘滇屯502’的诱变效果最适合。
To identify effect of ^60Co-γ irradiation for high grain quality indica rice irradiation mutation breeding, the effect of different doses of ^60Co-γ irradiation on the main agronomic traits of Yunnan aromatic and soft rice varieties were studied in this experiment. The variety of 'Diantun 502' was tested, and the rice seeds were treated with four different levels of ^60Co-γ irradiation of 100 Gy,200 Gy,300 Gy, 380 Gy. The results showed that, in M1 population, ^60Co-γ dose-dependent significant effect was found on of plant height, tiller number per plant, grain length, grain width,panicle length,1 000-grain weight and seed setting rate. Analysis of correlation showed that there was a highly significant negative correlation between ^60Co-γ irradiation with 300 Gy of dose and grain length(R=-0.323**),seed setting rate(R=-0.309**).Variant coefficient analysis also showed that,in M1 population,the coefficient of variation of the plant height,tiller number per plant, grain length and grain width was higher,they were 21.05%,38.34%,3.15%,3.62%,respectively.These results suggest that mutagenesis using ^60Co-γ had significant effects on rice, and the most appropriate dose was 300 Gy for rice variety 'Diantun 502'.
