摘要 黄河流域水资源规划模拟模型是一个以流域节点图为基础,以运筹学中网络技术为核心,用数据驱动的通用流域水资源规划模型。它考虑了地表水、地下水联合运用,串并联水库群补偿调节,变动灌溉定额和防凌、渔业、环境用水等因素,并具有经济分析等功能。模拟模型中,流域通过节点图描述,系统运行规则及政策由用户用水的优先序表示,通过验证后,应用于全流域及一些重点支流和地区。结果表明,所开发的模拟模型通用灵活,适应性强.功能较全,是一个非常实用的分析和决策辅助工具。 he Yellow River Basin Water Resources Panning Simulation Model is a versatile beta-driven basinwater resources Planning model using the network technology of the operational research and based on thebasin node schematic.It takes into account of the joint use of both surface and ground water, compensativeregulation of series or parallel reservoirs.fluctuating irrigation water quota, ice-flood control.fishery andenvironmental water use.Also.is capable of economic analysis among other things.In this simulation model.the actals basin is described with a node schematic.The planning and policy of the system operation arereflected in the priority of different water users. Applied to the whole basin and some key tributuies,the develope model is verified to be a versatile,flexible.functional and practical tool to supPOrt analysis and decision mating.
