偏心及同心异径管的三维有限元应力分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用等值刚度法和有限元法程序分别对某厂一条高温高压多分支复杂管系进行了强度校校和应力计算。进而对曾两次出现长裂纹的偏心异径管管段进行细部应力分析。还对相同直径比的偏心及同心异径管的小端应力集中系数进行了计算。 Strength check and stress calculations were carried out by using equivalent stiffness and finite element methods for a complex multi-branch pipeline localed at Naming Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation.Detailed siress analysis was carried out for a section of the pipeline including an eccentric reducer on which long cracks appeared twice.Furthermore,calculations of stress concentration coefficient for both eccentric and concentric reducers are completed.
