摘要
分别用等值刚度法FAOP计算程序及三维有限元法SAP5p计算程序,对管线进行了应力计算。其结果表明,管线静强度足够。还用SAP5p对环缝出现长裂纹的异径管进行了细部应力分析,给出了裂纹所在截面的轴向应力数值。
Stress calculations of a Steam line under nigh temperature and pressure have been finished employing FAOP program of equivalent stiffness method and SAP5p program of finite element method. That results show that static strength of the line is satisfied. Furthermore, detail stress analysis for an eccentric reducer with circumferential welds among which there is a longer crack is completed by resorting to isoparametric element with 8-21 nodes of SAP5p program. The value of axial stress of the section in which the crack located is given.
