摘要
本文用纯化的早孕因子(EPF)免疫BALB/c小鼠,通过鼠-鼠杂交瘤技术,成功地建立了2株(1B_6、2F_(10))分泌EPF单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞系。经检测,它们所分泌的抗体亚类均为IgG_1,杂交瘤染色体数目100~106条,ELISA检测诱生腹水抗体效价为1:1.28×10 ̄5,连续培养生物学性状稳定。抗EPF抗原的单克隆抗体的建立,为深入研究EPF的生物学性质、特征提供了有力的工具。
In the present study,two hybridoma cell lines (1B_6,2F_(10))secreting monoclonal antibodies. The resultsshowed that the immunoglobulin subclass of McAbs 1B_6 2F_(10) were IgG1 and the number of chromosomes of 2 hy-dridoma cell lines (1B_6, 2F_(10))ranged from 100~106.The titer of the EPF McAbs in the ascites was 1:1.28×10 ̄5 byELISA, The MxAbs against human EPF may be useful tool for studing biologic properties and function of human EPF.
