摘要
４２例肝癌患者，栓后肿瘤缩小率大于５０％占６１．９％，缩小率小于２５％占１２％：５０％的患者栓后α－ＦＰ降至正常。６个月、１２个月、１８个月生存率分别为９１．４％、７１．４％及５０％。所有患者匀可耐受治疗，无１例出现严重并发症。因此，我们认为：无水乙醇碘油乳剂经肝动脉栓塞治疗肝癌疗效显著，且安全可行。
Forty two cases of hepatic carcinoma were treated by embolization using EIOE.Reduction of tumor size more than 50%i n 61.9% of the cases,less than 25% in 12% of the cases.The survived rate at 6 months,12 months,18 months were 91.42%,71.43%,50% respectively,All patients can tolerate the embolization treatment;No serious complications were noted.In conclusion,arterial embolization using EIOE seems to be safe and valuabe for the treatment of hepatic carcinoma.
