摘要
用TEM选区衍射和暗场像法发现含Si钢下贝氏体转变初期存在碳原子的调幅分解过程,该过程类似于马氏体回火早期阶段碳原子的调幅分解,认为贝氏体相变可能是以切变机制完成。
An existence of the spinodal decomposition of carbon was first observed at the initial stage of lower bainite transformation in Si-containing steel by using selected area diffraction and dark field image under TEM. The decomposition is similar to that of martensite tempering at initial stage. It is believed that the bainite transformation may be formed by the shearing mechanism
