渗硼层的滑动磨损行为及磨损机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 用扫描电镜、双联铁谱仪、电子能谱仪等对渗硼层的磨损表面、磨屑的形貌和成分变化进行了观察分析,探讨了硼化物层的磨损机理。结果表明:磨屑是通过裂纹产生、扩展和断裂等过程形成的。磨损为氧化磨损和剥落。剥落有脆性剥落和疲劳剥落等两种形式。 The worn surface appearance,wear debris,surface composition of boride layers were teated by scanning electron microscope,double ferro-spectrometer,and EELS,and the wear mechanisms were also investigated in this paper.It is shown in the results that the process of forming wear debris is that of crack generation,propagation and spall-ing.The wear is the oxidizing one and spalling which has two modes: brittle and fatigue.
