摘要
ＴｉＮ涂层可显著提高零件寿命．研究ＴｉＮ涂层的滑动磨损行为有重要意义．研究结果表明，表面进行ＴｉＮ涂层后，Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶ和ＬＭ１两种材料的磨损抗力大幅度提高；与ＴｉＮ涂层试样相配对的４０Ｃｒ试样的失重明显高于与没有涂层试样相配对的４０Ｃｒ试样的失重；Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶ和ＬＭ１两种材料及其经过ＴｉＮ涂层后的磨损抗力相差不大．讨论了ＴｉＮ涂层对基体材料的要求．
iN coating can remarkably lengthen the lives of tools and dies,so the investigation on the sliding wear behavior of TiN coating is of great significance.The results show that,with TiN coating,the sliding wear resistance of Cr12MoV and LM1 increase dramatically,the weight loss of 40Cr specimens matched.with TiN coating specimens is much more than that of 40 Cr specimens which are matched with no coating specimen.The wear resistance of Cr12MoV and LM1 Specimens is close and so is that of the TiN coated Specimens of Cr12MoV and of LM1.Finally the requirement of TiN coating for substrate materials is discussed.
