摘要
用V-C双隔室皮肤渗透池测定川乌生物碱在不同pH值(4.0、7.0、9.0)的缓冲液溶剂中透过为体鼠皮的情况以及透皮促进剂氮酮(Azone)对该溶剂中药物的促渗效果。结果,川乌生物碱在pH4.0的溶液体系中渗透系数最大;加入Azone有极显著性透皮增强作用。
We made the research of effects of R,aconniti to penetrate into the skin ofmouse in buffer soulutions of different pH4.0、7.0 and 9.0,respectely and a sorption promot-er(Azone)on the ability of the drug to promot into the skin,by determining its total alka-loids in Vilia-Chien(V-C)Skin Permeation Cell.The result of the study indicates that the largest coefficient of absorption is in the pH4-solution and that Azone has obvious ability of enhancing penetratation.
