摘要
本文运用POA算法的原理,建立了一个大型混联水库群考虑下游水位变化,适用于任何来水年份的变维线性模型。该模型除了用于水能规划外,还可用来指导水库群的运行调度。
A multiple reservoir is established with the POA algorithm theory. This reservoir can be applied to any variable dimension linear model of the water-coming year. This model can be used to direct the dispatch of reservoirs as well as water energy programming.
