综述了近年来食品、生物样品和药品中抗坏血酸的各种检测方法,包括分光光度法、电化学法、酶方法和色谱法等。
Four major types of analytical methods for ascorbic acid in food products, pharmaceuticals and biological samples are reviewed in this paper.ineluding spectroscopic, electrochemical. enzymatic and chromatographic method.
