摘要
作者对根据辩证施治法则自拟中药方一扶正抗癌汤进行抗肝癌动物实验。选用人肝细胞癌皮下接种裸鼠模型。预试验：灌胃１０天，停药１０天，抑瘤率为６８．９％。之后再给药１０天，停药１９天，仰瘤率４１．９％。重复试验：用药２０天，停药１０天，抑瘤率为３９．４％。实验组血清ＩｇＧ含量显著高于对照组。作者认为扶正抗癌汤具有抑制裸鼠接种人肝细胞癌生长的作用，其机理可能是提高免疫力及杀抑癌细胞，值得深入研究。
In order to determine the antihepatoma role of a decoction of chinese traditionial herbs(Fuzheng Kangai Tang),experiment was done in nude mouse model with transplanted human hepato cellular carcinoma strain. Pretest: Six BALB/C-nu/nu mice with human hepatocellular carcinoma strain transplanted in sobcutaneous part of left axilla were selec ted.The test group had three mice and the control group had the other three.At 36 hours after transplanting tumor strain,0.6 ml per day of Fuzheng Kangai Tang, which contained 1 mg herbs per 1 ml,was injected into each mouse stomach in test group for 20 days intermittently. And also 0.6 ml of normal saline was injected into control group mouses tomach. The depressing tumor rate was 68.9% after ten day decoction administration, 41.9% after 29 day drug taken. The duplicate test. The same eight mice were divided in- to two groups randomly. After continueous 20 day drug administraition gave up drugs for ten days. The volume and the weight of the hepatocellular carcinoma and serum IgG were determined. Resutst showed that the depressing tumor rate were 39.4% and 38. 4% according to the weight and volume changes respectively.Also the serum content of IgG in test group was singificantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The chinese traditional decoction Fuzheng Kangai Tang has the depressive effect of human hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mouse model. It is possible that the decoction has some effects to improve immune system function and to kill or depress cancer cells.
