摘要
对７２例经临床诊断并经组织病理学确诊的口腔粘膜下纤维性变（简称ＯＳＦ）患者的血液检查结果进行报道。本组ＯＳＦ贫血者１９例，接近Ｐｉｎｄｂｏｒｇ报道的资料。从性别上看女性似乎更多被累及（占女患者人中５２．６％），但血沉加快者（１０例，１３．９％）却大大低于Ｐｉｎｄｂｏｒｇ的报道。免疫球蛋白检查结果也显示ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＭ和ＩｇＧ都有增高。特别是ＩｇＧ增高２２．２％。证实了国外报道ＯＳＦ患者体液免疫发生了变化。本组所有病例肝功能检查全无异常，这与国外报道ＯＳＦ病变不累及内脏是一致的。
Abstract This artiale muinly report the blood examine results of 72 OSF cases diagnosed by clinical and biopy diagnosis using the international,internal and Xiangtan local methods and criterias.It is indicated that the analytic our anemic group was similar to that of Pindborg's.It was also observed that women were more easy to be affected than males(52.6%),but the percentege of ESR increase was quite lower than that of Pindborg's.The resuIts of gamma globulins showed that IgA,IgM and IgG were increased, especially IgG(22.2%).It proved that the humoral fluid immunity of OSF patients has changed.In all cases,none of their liver functions were abnormal.This coincides with the international report that OSF has no effect on internal organs.
