摘要
从广东省和海南省的13个县市的30种作物上,采集了根结线虫病标本52个,对其病原采用形态特征观察,鉴别寄主反应,电镜扫描和染色体数目等方法进行分类鉴定。其中,柑桔、花生、甘蔗(湛江)、节瓜(新兴)的根结线虫病的病原属于花生根结线虫1号小种(MeloidogynearenariaRace1);大蕉、香蕉、茄、茶、胡椒,大红花根结线虫病的病原为爪哇根结线虫(M.ja-vanica);葡萄、番石榴、木瓜、丝瓜、南瓜、黄瓜、番茄、辣椒、菜豆、蕹莱、橡胶、益智、甘薯和木棉等根结线虫病的病原为南方根结线虫(M.incognita)。在广东以南方根结线虫为优势种。南方根结线虫中优势小种为2号小种。调查中未发现北方根结线虫(M.hapla)。
Fifty four root samples of root-knot nematodes were collected from 30 speciec ofcrops in thirteen counties or cities in Guangdong province and Hainan province.The speci-mens collected were identified according to the main morphological characteristics observedunder LM and SEM responses to the North Carolina differential host tests and chromosomenumber.The results demonstrated that the pathogens in Cltrus,Arachis hupogaea,Saccha-rum L.and Benincasa hispida were Meloid og vne arenaria race 1;the pathogens of Musanana,Musa supientum ,Solanum melongena,Camellia sinensis and Piper nigrum were M.javanica;the pathogens in Vitis sp,P sid ium gua java,Chaenomeles sinensis,Luffa cylindri-ca,Cucurbita moschata,Lucopersicum esoulentum,Capsicum aunum,Cucumis saticum,Phaseolus vulgaris,Ipomoea aquatica,Hivea Aabl,Alpinia oxyphyila,lpomoea batatas andGossmpinus malabarica wereM.incognita. The dominant species was M.incognita.Amongthe poputations of M.incognita the dominant race is Race 2.M.hapla was not found.
