摘要
从烟草根结线虫病根及根际土壤中,分离鉴定出节丛孢属真菌3种,单顶孢霉属2种,均属线虫捕食真菌。选用7种捕食真菌共11个菌株对纯化的南方根结线虫二龄幼虫进行了捕食过程及捕食率的观察测定。结果表明,各菌株对二龄幼虫均具致病性,节丛孢属菌种以三维粘性菌网捕食,单顶孢霉属菌种形成粘着孢和非致收缩环二种捕食器官。少孢节丛孢的捕食率最高,接种后14天,捕食率接近100%。
Performed in laboratory, five predacious fungi were isolated and identified from soils and infected roots of seven tobacco species, eleven strains trapped Meloidogyne incognita. Testing species are Arthrobotys oligospora, A. Musiformis, A. cladodes, A.Vermicola I MOnacrosporium lysipaga, M. mega losporum, M. mutabcle. The results showed all species could trap juveniles, but A. oligospora is more effecient than other species. Its trapping rate in seven days is 99%. The genus of Arthobotrys produced three dimensional adhesive networks. Monacrosporium formed trapping organs of adhesive knob and nonconstricting ring.
