摘要
采用比色法对给予一定时间、不同剂量绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)各组小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性(NKCA)进行测定。结果显示给予绞股蓝总皂甙剂量为50mg/kg时其自然杀伤细胞活性与对照组比较相同;当剂量为100mg/kg时,小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性高于对照组与50mg/kg组;剂量200mg/kg时的自然杀伤细胞活性与100mg/kg相同。提示绞股蓝总皂甙达一定剂量时具有提高小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性的作用,当再增加给药剂量时,其进一步促自然杀伤细胞活性作用不明显。
This study examined the effect of gypenosides(GP,0.50,100 and 200 mg/kg)on murine natural killer cells activity(NKCA)of spleens in mice during a 28 day.The results showed that,these were no significant(P>0.05)differrnce between GP(50mg/kg)group and control group.The NKCA of spleen in GP(l00mg/kg)group was significant higher(P<0.0l)than that in control and GP(50mg/kg)groups.However,in the GP (200mg/kg)group splenic NKCA was similar to that in GP(100mg/kg)group/The results suggest that GP could enhance splenic NKCA of mice.
