摘要
本文介绍了（前）苏联压水堆核电厂及核潜艇的较重大事故的起因、过程及后果，分析了事故原因，指出了应从中吸取的经验教训。
This paper not only presents the reason, process and result concerning great accidents ofPWR's nuclear power plants and submarines in the ex-USSR, but also analyzes the reason andtakes warning from object lessons of these accidents.
