摘要
用碱性磷酸酶染色,HE染色及墨汁灌注法,在光镜下观察30例(60侧)6个月胎儿至6岁儿童新鲜尸体大脑海马皮质厚度,皮质动脉分布,皮质动脉管径,毛细血管密度和管径,结果表明:海马皮质厚度,血管分布,血管密度和管径均随年龄增长而增加,并且均以出生后变化明显。
The human hippocampus cortex on 30 cases (60 sides) of fresh cadavers, aged from 6 months to 6 years were studied by HE and alkaline phosphatase staining and Chinese ink filling. The thickness of hippocampus cortex and vascular diameter in each cortical layer of various age groups were measurcd by ocular micrometer of optical microscope.The results showed that the thickness of hippocampus cortex and the vascular diameter increased with age.
