摘要
作者的研究目标是一种用于测量大面积物体体积的新系统。该测量系统是以获得距离信息的光三角原理为基础,它的位置传感器是线性CCD,它的显示和控制中心是微机。这种仪器可作实时显示、并能输出计算结果。文中详细讨论了光学系统的成像特性,给出了用于控制系统的软硬件设计。测量结果表明,系统的操作正常,测量精度在2%之内。最后给出测量误差的数学分析结果。
In this dissertation ,our object of study is a novel system for measuring the volume of alarge area object.This measuring system is based on the principle of optical triangulation toobtain distance information .Its position sensor is linear CCD ,its display and control centreis microcomputer. This instrument can measure the object rapidly with reaI time displayingand out putting the results. The imaging characteristics of optic system is discussed in detialand the design of hardware and software for the control system is given. The measuring re。sults show that operation of the system is normal,and the accuracy of measurement is within2%. The measuring error is also analyzed mathemaically at the end of the paper.
