摘要
本文研究了Cu-2l.04Zn-5.59Al(wt%)合金在热循环和时效条件下,双程形状记忆性能的衰减。结果表明:双程记忆衰减的出现,可以看作是由可回复与不可回复的两部分组成的。可回复的部分是通过在母相状态下某一温度的过热来促使已稳定化的马氏体重新激活,或者是由于重新训练而使之回复;不可回复的部分是由于马氏体中产生了稳定缺陷,或者有新相析出而引起的。
This paper deals with the two wayshape memory degradation laws of the alloy withcomposition Cu-2l. 04Zn-5.59Al (wt%)in thermalcycles and aging. It is found that the two way memory degradation can be regarded as consisting of twoparts;One part is recoverable, which can be gottenby overheating at a temperature in parent state to eliminate stabilized martensite or recovering it bytraining it again,the other part is irrecoverablewhich is produced by forming stable defects inmartensitic lattice or precipitating.
