摘要
讨论了人工合成立方氮化硼晶体中的杂质与晶体颜色之间的关系，提出了ｃＢＮ的赋色原因和机制。
cBN crystal is a material synthesized under high pressure and high temperature.The crystal always contains more or less impurities relevant to its synthetic environment,The im-purities will affect the color of cBN crystal. In this paper, impurities were measured,andcolouration mechanism of cBN crystals was investigated.
