摘要
应用单克隆抗体铺皿法分离出CD4+、CD8+和B细胞,小剂量X射线照射前两种细胞,观察照后的CD4+、CD8+对B细胞3H-TdR参入的影响。结果表明,正常CD4+细胞对B细胞具有辅助作用,CD4+细胞对B细胞具有抑制作用,小剂量照射可加强CD4+对B细胞的辅助作用,促进CD8+对B细胞的抑制作用,以0.10Gy照射后这种效应最强,0.20Gy照射后仍可观察到这种效应。
Monoclonal antibodies of anti CD4, anti CD8 and antiB wereused to separate CD4+, CD8+ and B lymphocyte subsets respectively. After low dose Xrays radistjon, the regulatory functions of CD4+ and CD8+ on B cell were studied by using 3H-TdR incorporation. The results indicated that CD4+ cell could increase the AH-TdR incorporation of B cell, CDS+ could decrease the 3H-TdR incorporation of B cell. Low dose radiation could enhance the helping effect of CD4+ and inhibitive effect of CD8+ on B cell at a dose range of 0.02-0.20 Gy, especially at the dose o f 0. 10 Gy X-rays radiation.
