摘要 在大型冷态模型试验台上进行了W型火焰炉单相流场的测量试验。并用高速闪频摄影仪测量了煤粉颗粒在炉内的运动规迹。以试验数据为基础,采用脉动频谱随机颗粒轨道模型(FSRT模型)及K-ε双方程湍流模型进行多相数值计算。试验与计算的结果吻合良好。这些结果为W型火焰炉的设计和运行提供了参考依据。 Abstract A large cold model of a W-shape furnace was used for a series of tests to ascertain the influence of air distribution among burners on the furnace's flow pattern.Firework trace technique and anemometers were used to determine the flow patterns.Particle movements in the furnace were observed with the help of special instruments.Based on experimental results,numerical simulations of both air flow and particle moyement in W-Shape furnaces were deduced. TheK-e equations of the turbulence model were used for calculations of the gasphase,while the Fluctuating Spectrum Random Trajectory (FSRT) model developed by authors was employed to describe particle motion. Numerical simulations and experimental results agree with one another quite.The results obtained provide a reference for relevant designs and operation of W-shape furnaces.
