摘要
通过对猪、犬旋毛虫同工酶酶谱的研究发现,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)不能区别猪、犬被毛虫,而葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(GPI)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、苹果酸酶(ME)和磷酸葡萄糖转位酶(PGM)可将猪、犬旋毛虫区分开来.猪、犬旋毛虫之间同工酶相似系数(C.S.)为26.1%.试验结果揭示,哈尔滨地区的猪旋毛虫相当于旋毛形线虫(T.spiralis),而犬旋毛虫相当于本地毛形线虫(试泽)(T.nativa).
Examination of isozyme by isoelectric focusing clectrophoresis in thin layerpolyacrylamide gel had revcaled differences between Trichinella sp. from twine and dogs inHarbin,China. Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH,EC 1.1,1 .27) gave no discrete clectrophoreticbands between Trichinella sp.from swine and dogs.However , glucose phosphate isomerase(GPI,EC 5.3.1.8),malate dehydrogenase (MDH, EC 1.1.1.37),malic enzyme (ME,EC1,1.1.40)and phosphoglucomutase(PGM,EC 2.7.5.1) distinguished between Trichinella sp.from swine and dogs, Coefficients or similarity between Trichinella sp. from swine anddogs was 26.k%.It was concluded that Trichinella sp . from swine and dogs in Harbin,China most probably corresponded.to the north temperate isolate (T. spiralls ) and arcticisolate (T. nativa) respcctively.
