摘要
该文论述了低温设备中对结构材料真空性能的基本要求,特别是结合近年来的研究工作,分析了影响材料气密与渗透性、溶解与出气率、分解和饱和蒸气压等的因素,并提出了有关的计算方法和提高真空性能的措施。
The basic requirements of vacuum Characteristics of structural materials used in cryogenic equipments are discussed in this paper. The facts that the influence on the gas-tightness and permeability, dissolution and outgassing, decomposition and saturated vapour pressure of materialsare analyzed, and some methods for calculating or improving the vacuum properties of materialsare presented combined with our research work in recent years.
