摘要
首先论述了氧电化学半透性的产生机理及该半透性对氧传感器输出电势的不利影响,并讨论了消除不利影响的方法。其次,以CO为例,具体地分析了还原性气体对氧电极过程的干扰作用,并给出表现形式。以上的论述表明,关于电极过程的研究对于制备高性能的ZrO_2氧传感器是十分重要的。
First, the mechanism of oxygen electrochemical semipermeability and the negative effects of the semipermeability on the potential output of ZrO2 oxygensersor are expounded, and the methods to overcome the negative eflects are put forward. Second, the disturbances of reducing gases to the normal oxygen electrode processes are analyzed with CO as a specific example, the displaying forms of the disturbances are given. The above discussions demonstrate that the electrode process study is very important to the fabrication of ZrO2 oxygen sensors of high performances.
