摘要
大型产品平均无故障工作时间(或称平均故障间隔时间)即MTBF的计算,长期以来存在着试验费用的经济性和试验结果计算的准确性的矛盾,不能很好解决。目前国内对装载机MTBF的计算力法是不科学的,其计算结果与实际差距较大,是不合理的。本文是在对国产轮胎武装载机可靠性加速试验与用户现场使用情况的大量试验数据进行了分析研究基础上,根据MTBF=MTTFF这一原理,提出了用等效样本法计算其MTBF,计算结果与实际情况具有良好的一致性.并从理论上进行了论证,从而解决了大型产品可靠性试验中长期存在的一大问题。理论和实践都证明了这—方法的正确性和实用性。
For a long time there exists a cotradictory between economy of test expenses and accuracy of calculating test results when the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the large-scale product is calculated. and it is not well solved yet.According to the theory that MTBF equals MTTFF, this peper gives an equivalence-sample method used for calculating MTBF, and hence the one important problem for reliability test of the large-scale product is solved, which has existed for a long time. The correctness and practicability of this method are testificd in theory and practice.
