摘要
介绍了往复式切割装置的工作原理,分析了换向器的受力情况。运用ANSYS Workbench软件找到了换向器受力最大值点和最易断裂处,与实际工作情况及破坏处一致,验证了仿真的可靠性。针对使用中存在的问题对机构进行了改进设计,从理论上验证了改进后换向器受力更好,为厂家生产提供了依据,节约了试验费用,对企业新产品开发和老产品改进有一定的实用价值。
The working principle of the reciprocating cutting device was introduced,and the force condition of the commutator was analyzed.By using ANSYS Workbench software,the maximum point and most likely breaks of the commutator force were found,which are consistent with the practical working condition and actual damage,reliability of the simulation was verified.According to the problem in the mechanism usage,improved design of the mechanism was conducted.The commutator force of improved design was better in theory validation.This study provides a theoretical basis for the factory production,saves trial costs,and has certain practical value in the new product development and the improved design of old products.
