摘要 木文研究结果表明:在Fe—Mn热锻钢中加入适量(005—0.15%)稀土元素,对其微观组织结构能起到有利影响,并改善其性能与材质。(1)能保持夹杂物总量并使其大小、形状与分布发生变化.改变合金元素的分布状态。(2)形成的ME-Mn复合氧化物分布在粉末颗粒的周围.强化了颗粒间界.使以颗粒间界为主的断裂转变为以穿过原始颗粒的韧性断裂为主的断裂. In this paper,it has ben proved that a good effect on the microstructures can be produced by adding a moderate amount of rare-earth elements into the Fe-Mn heated for ging steels and their properties and materialqualities are improved.(1)The total m aountof the inparity can keep inrariance,and then the size and the shape of the heated forging steels can be changed,so can the distribution of the alloy elements in it.(2) The RE-Mn complex oxides produced between the grains of the powder and strmgthen the gtain bonn daries,which makes their fractures occurring mainly in the grain boundaries transform into those occurring mainly in passing through their primitive grains.
