摘要
本工作研究稀土元素对高压水雾化Fe—Mn系低合金钢粉与材质性能的影响。加入稀土元素使钢粉的物理工艺性能得到明显改善。钢粉的压缩性能好,压坯强度高,氧化物夹杂形态改变,使得热锻钢的强度与韧性显著提高;淬火开裂倾向明显减少并改变了由原始粉末颗粒间界脆性断裂机制,转变为穿过颗粒内部的韧性窝断裂机制。
In this paper, the effect of rare elements on the properties of the material and low alloypowder in the high-pressure and fogged Fe-Mn system is studied. The physical technolo-grical property of steel powder is remarkably improved by adding rare elements to the pow-der. It is the good compressibility of the steel powder, the high strength of the steel mould-ing and the change of the oxide inclusion that make the strength and tenacity of the heatedforging steel remarkably improved, the hardening crack tend to reduce and the crisp cuttingand splitting mechanism of the gap cutting and splitting of the primitive grains of powderchange into the tenacity cutting and splitting mechanism that passes the internal parts of thepowder grains.
