摘要
汉江洪水历来是我国中原地带的心腹之患，为了使洪灾损失减少到最低限度，从总结历年洪水调度人手，结合工程现状，有机地将气象、洪水预报、洪水调度三者一体进行研究，延长了预见期，增强了科学性，赢得了决策时间，取得了防汛斗争的主动。本调度程序使一次洪水从降雨、产流、汇流、河道洪流演进、超额洪水的处理等全过程展现出来，具有准确性、实用性、可操性。
The flooding of the Hanjiang River is always the greatest danger to CentraI China.For reducing the lose caused by the flood to the minimum degree,by studying all past in-formation of the flood regulation,considering the floodproof project and scientifically com-bining meteorology & flood forecasting with flood regulation,we prolong the duration ofthe flood forecasting,so we have enough time to fight against the flood. The regulationprogram presented in this paper shows us a complete flood producing course──from rain-fall,runoff producing,concentration of the flow,overwhelming flovv of flood to disposingthe surplus flood,so it is accurate & practicable.
