摘要
运用区域综合观点,分析了鄂东沿江城镇洪涝灾害的成因,提出了防洪排涝的若干对策。
By the point of view of regiond inlogration,this paper analyses the cause of flood waterlog calamity , also this paper provide some countermeasure of the prevent flood and drain the water log away for city and town on both banks of Changjiang of eastern Hubei prvince.
