摘要
分析测定了一年生枯萎期黑麦草全植株及其主要形态部分的化学成分和消化率,结果证明:植株各主要形态部分占全植株的重量百分比,茎秆、叶鞘、叶片和穗头分别为12%、19%、11%和28%。叶片含氮量最高,而木质素却最低,茎秆的中性洗涤纤维最高,而氮素却最低。茎秆的IVOMD和CWOMD值最小,叶鞘次之,叶片最大。各形态部分CWOMD值与木质素含量呈显著负相关,IVOMD值与CWOMD值呈显著正相关,茎秆的IVOMD值与细胞内容物(NDS)呈显著正相关。因此,任何试图提高枯萎黑麦草营养价值的研究,都必须十分重视提高茎秆细胞壁成分的可消化性。
This study was undertaken to measure the extent of variation in chemical composition and in vitrodigestibility of dead annual ryegrass. The relationships between these measurements in whole plants and inthe main morphological fractions were examined to assess the nature and extent of contributions to thevariation that Occured,The results showed that:There were some marked differences in chemicalcompositions and digestibility of whole plant and of the main morphological fractions. The mean value ofproportions for the stem, sheath,blade and seedhead in whole plant were 42%,19%,11%and 28%respectively. The blade contained more nitrogen,and less lignin, but the stem contained more NDF,andless nitrogen,The mean IVOMD and CWOMD values of morphological fractions is different,stem islowest,sheath second,blade highest. There was a high negative correlation between CWOMD value andlignin content of NDF. There was a significant positive correlation between IVOMD and CWOMD value. There was significant positive correlation between IVOMD value of stem and NDS. Therefore, and improvements that might be sought in the digestibility of dead annual ryegrass needs toin volve strong conskleration of the characteristics of the stem cell wall.
