不同生育期豆科饲用灌木碳水化合物含量及对体外消化率的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为充分利用云南省豆科饲用灌木资源,通过对云南省几种主要豆科饲用灌木不同生育期碳水化合物含量和体外消化率的动态变化分析结果表明:同一生育期各灌木NFC含量差异显著(P<0.05);假大青兰(Indigofera gale-goides DC.)和树苜蓿(Chamaecytisus palmensis(Christ))NDF含量在营养期、开花期、结荚期和枯黄期含量均较高,较低的是银合欢(Leucaona leucocoochala(Lam.));ADF含量平均值较高是假木豆(Dendrolobium triangulare(Retz.))(375 g/kg DM),较低为银合欢(200 g/kg DM);ADL含量在同一生育期差异显著(P<0.05);IVOMD和IVDMD与NDF、ADF、ADL呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),而与NFC呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。 In order to make full use of leguminous forage shrub resources in Yunnan Province,the dynamics of carbohydrate content and in vitro digestibility were studied of several major leguminous shrubs at different growth stages.The results show that the non fibrous carbohydrate(NFC) contents of different shrubs at the same growth stage were significantly different(P〈0.05);neutral detergent fibre(NDF) content of Indigofera galegoides DC.and Chamaecytisus palmensis(Christ) F.A.Bisby & K.W.Nicholls [excluded] in vegetative stage,flowering stage,podding stage,and withering stage were high,but low was that of Leucaona leucocoochala(Lam.) de Wit;acid detergent fibre(ADF) content of Dendrolobium triangulare(Retz.) Schindl.was high(375g kg-1 DM) but lower for the L.leucocephala(200g kg-1 DM);aced detergent lignin(ADL) content in the same growth stage was significantly different among different shrubs(P〈0.05);in vitro organic matter digestibility(IVOMD) and in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD) had a very significantly negative correlation with NDF,ADF,and ADL(P〈0.01),while very significant positive correlation with NFC(P〈0.01).
