摘要
TiC,Cr_(23)C_6是Cr、Ti强化的Ni_3Al基合金析出的主要碳化物。Cr_(23)C_6的析出倾向于与γ'存在共格关系。950℃长时保温,发生TiC→M_(23)C_6+γ'转化。
iC,Cr_(23)C_6 are the main carbides deposited from the Cr and Ti strengthened Ni_3Al base alloy. There is some relationship of lattice between γ' and Cr_(23)C_6. The phenomenon of TiC→M_(23)C_6+γ'is existed if it is kept under the temperature of 950℃ for a long time.
