摘要
本文研究了Ni_3Al基合金的元素组成、组织控制及其与力学性能之间的关系。探索表明:B、Al、Mo是影响Ni_3Al基高温合金组织与性能的三种主要元素;γ’单相区的尺寸和数量对合金性能有重大影响;一定数量的热稳定性良好的γ相是Ni_3Al基合金取得高性能的基本保证。
In this paper the relationship between chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties have been studied for the Ni_3Al-base superalloys. The explored results show that the three elements, i. e. B, Al, Mo can have a significant influence on microstructure and mechanical properties in the Ni_3Al-base superalloys. Control of γ sigle phase amount on microstructure has been discussed in the present investigation. The results indicate that the size and amount of γ' sigle phase have a significant influence on mechanical properties. Strengthing mechanism of the Ni_3Al base superalloy has been analyzed. It has been found that a certain amount of stable γ phase is necessary for excellent mechanical pro-perties of the Ni_3Al base superalloys.
