摘要
对挤压铸造金属基复合材料的晶须预制块进行了研究，重点分析与讨论了预制块中的晶须部分，预制块的强度及变形等问题。试验结果表明，晶须的分散处理对晶须在预制块中分布的均匀性有重要的影响，预制块的强度可通过向晶须中添加一定数量的溶胶来获得。
The distribution of whiskers in the preform which isused in the metal matrix composite fabricated by squeeze casting method was studied,the strength and the compressive deformation behavior of the preform were analyzed,The results of the experiments indicate that the dispersion treatment of whiskers affacts greatly on the whisker distributed uniformity in the preform,and the high compressive strength of whisker preform can be obtained by adding amount of glue in the preform.
